Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 oC. Line a lamington tin (or small baking dish) with baking paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave.
- Mix in the cocoa and sugar, and stir until they are dissolved.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat well by hand.
- Fold in the flour.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- When cold, ice with butter frosting (or ready-made frosting).
Optional: Add 1 cup walnuts with the flour. |
