- Preheat the oven to 160o C. Line a biscuit tray with baking paper.
- Combine butter, golden syrup and water in a large bowl. Heat in the microwave until the butter is just melted.
- Gently stir in the bicarb soda.
- Combine the oats, coconut, flour and sugar in a large bowl, and make a well in the middle.
- Pour the liquid mix into the dry mix, and fold together quickly to combine.
- Roll 3cm balls of mixture and place on baking paper, allowing about 2cm between each.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until golden, and remove from the oven.
Makes about 35 to 40 biscuits.
