Brandy Butter

125g softened butter
1 cup icing sugar
2tbs brandy

 


Brandy Butter
  1. Beat the butter in a medium bowl until creamy.
  2. While beating, add the icing sugar a little at a time, until it is all incorporated and smooth.
  3. Add the brandy slowly, and beat until the mix is fluffy.
  4. Cover with cling wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Serves 4 or more.

Optional

The brandy butter can be spead thickly on a flat tray, chilled, then cut into decorative shapes for serving.
