Coleslaw

¼ cabbage, thinly sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 carrots, grated
½ capsicum, chopped
1 red apple, chopped with skin on
375mL coleslaw dressing

Method

  1. Mix the vegetables, but not the apple in a large bowl.
  2. Fold through the coleslaw dressing.
  3. Add the chopped apple, and ensure that it is coated with dressing.
  4. Serve immediately .
