Meat Sauce
500g lean minced beef
1 onion
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp italian herbs
1 clove garlic, minced

Cheese Sauce
250g grated cheese
1 cup milk
1 tbs plain flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkt instant lasagne noodles

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 oC.
- Brown the mince and onion in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add the herbs, garlic and tomato soup, and simmer for 10 min.
- In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the cheese sauce.
- In a deep, 3L baking dish, arrange the lasagne as follows:
- ¼ meat sauce
- 4 lasagne sheets, overlapping
- ¼ meat sauce
- ¼ cheesy milk
- 4 lasagne sheets, overlapping
- ¼ meat sauce
- ¼ cheesy milk
- remaining lasagne sheets, overlapping
- remaining meat sauce
- remaining cheesy milk
- Bake for 1 hour, until bubbling and top is golden. Allow to stand 10 min before serving.
