Peppered Potatoes

1 tbs butter
1 onion, sliced
2 to 3 potatoes
½ capsicum
1 cup sliced cabbage
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp ginger
salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Saute the onion in the butter.
  2. Add the remaining vegetables and spices and reduce the heat.
  3. Cook over gentle heat for a further 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are just cooked through.

Serve immediately.
