Kata's Rum Balls

250g dark chocolate
¼ cup water
1 pkt plain biscuits, crumbled
50g icing sugar
50g copha
½ cup rum
1 tbs cocoa
½ cup coconut
½ cup chocolate hail

 


Rum balls
  1. Heat the chocolate, copha and water slowly until the chocolate is just melted.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate hail.
  3. Form into small balls, and roll in chocolate hail.
  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
