Ingredients
500g mince
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 potatoes, diced
butter to taste

1 carrot, grated
½ capsicum, diced
1 tomato, chopped
(or ½ can chopped tomatoes)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbs gravox

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 C. Spray a medium saucepan and a deep casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Boil the potatoes until soft and mash. Add butter if desired.
- Brown the mince, and then add the onion, stirring until the onion goes transparent.
- Turn down the heat, and add the carrot and capsicum, then the tomato. Stir occasionally.
- Remove the meat from the heat, and quickly mix in the sauce and gravox.
- Reheat and stir until thickened.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly into the casserole dish, and mound the mashed potato over the meat.
- Bake for ½ hour until the mash is beginning to brown.
