Ingredients
2 apples, peeled and chopped into 1cm pieces
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup celery, chopped (about 6 stalks)
½ cup walnuts
½ cup sultanas
1 cup (about 250g) coleslaw dressing
Method
Toss apples in lemon juice in a large bowl until completely wet.
Add the celery, sultanas and walnuts and mix through.
Gently fold through the coleslaw dressing.
Transfer to serving dish.
Chill until served.
Note: If required, ensure that the dressing is gluten-free or dairy-free.
