Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
2 apples, peeled and chopped into 1cm pieces
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup celery, chopped (about 6 stalks)
½ cup walnuts
½ cup sultanas
1 cup (about 250g) coleslaw dressing

 

Waldorf Salad

Method

  1. Toss apples in lemon juice in a large bowl until completely wet.
  2. Add the celery, sultanas and walnuts and mix through.
  3. Gently fold through the coleslaw dressing.
  4. Transfer to serving dish.
  5. Chill until served.

Note: If required, ensure that the dressing is gluten-free or dairy-free.
