We Live in Interesting Times
As you know, this wedding was supposed to happen in 2020. However, due to the pandemic, it did not happen. So we are trying again!
At the time of publishing this website the pandemic is still ongoing, and we are not able to predict what COVID restrictions will apply in July. We understand that this creates a lot of uncertainty, and we would love you to be there but we will not be offended if now or closer to the wedding you are not able to attend. Similarly, please be understanding if we have to make changes to our wedding plans at short notice.
If you are coming from interstate, please be aware that you may be legally required to wear a mask on public transport or in other venues.
What's Happening?
Set in the stunning Art Deco Savoy Hotel, right across from Southern Cross Station, the wedding will begin around 4pm with the ceremony being held in the Collins Room on Level One. Following the ceremony, there will be a short break for photos, during which you are welcome to relax in the hotel bar or explore nearby. The cocktail-style reception will begin at 6pm in the hotel's Plaza Ballroom and will continue until the brides decide it's bedtime!
A Very Melbourne Love Story
We met nine and a half years ago (online at first, much to the frustration of a mutual friend who'd been trying to set us up) on the steps of Flinders St Station. We got to know each other in a series of laneway cafes and we shared our first kiss at a tram stop. From laneway dates to hospital dates we soon found we had the capacity to weather any storm as long as we were together.
Accommodation

Other hotels are available. Note that the wedding is in the middle of town, where it's hard to drive and parking is limited and expensive, so we suggest you stay somewhere near a train station or tram stop.
If you do use the carpark across from the Savoy, don't forget to get your parking ticket validated at the hotel's reception desk before you leave the wedding!
Getting There
As the wedding is right next to Southern Cross Station, we recommend you make use of Melbourne's fine public transport system to get there. Google Maps or PTV can provide you with detailed instructions.
No Gifts
What do we want? Actually, nothing! Please, no gifts - we have had 10 wonderful years together already and as such have amassed a great collection of Things. Your presence at our wedding, celebrating our love with us is all the gift we require!
